Thompson said: “It’s an amazing golf course and it’s in great shape. I played about 14, 15 holes yesterday. Other than the traffic in New York, everything is fine. To tackle this golf course, keep it in the fairways. There’s fescue there.
“It will also be weather dependent, if there is a lot of wind there is obviously not too much to block it; keep a good trajectory in flight. He is in great shape for us.
Regarding the opportunities the Aramco Team Series creates for female golfers, Thompson continued, “It’s amazing what they do. As an athlete in any sport, we want to develop our game and our sport individually. What they are doing with golf and giving other girls the opportunity to play their best is great.
